Our fees are low as they go directly towards producing your home Information pack - we don't employ expensive sales reps, pay commission to middlemen, or have costly franchise fees to meet.

Some Estate Agents may want to charge you a release fee for your HIP if you don't want to stay with them.

Ordering your Home Information Pack directly from Wimbledonhips means that You own the HIP and an agent can't use it as a tool to lock you in to a contract.

You will own your pack, it is yours to go wherever you wish.

We will provide a hard copy of your HIP for you and also make it available online so that you can offer access to potential buyers.

Boost Your Energy Rating

If you'd like to ensure that your home is marketed with the best possible energy rating then we will carry out two energy surveys for you, allowing you to make any necessary improvements before the final visit.

After the first inspection we will provide you with your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which will include specific measures that will improve your property's rating. You can then follow whichever of the report's recommendations you wish, after which we will return to carry out a new survey and issue a revised EPC for inclusion in your Home Information Pack.
We will provide the second certificate at half the original price.
If, after receiving your first EPC, you decide that you don't want to make any improvements then we will cancel the second inspection at no cost and use the original in your HIP.
