PRIVACY POLICY By registering or placing an order or requesting a quote on this site, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of the relevant information under the terms of this policy. Only information required to provide a Home Information Pack is collected. We will not pass personal information on to any other organisation without agreement unless required to do so by law or need to do so as part of the process required in the preparation of a HIP. Where necessary and to the best of our abilities will keep personal information up to date and personal information will be protected from unauthorized or accidental disclosure. Personal information is retained only for as long as it is required as part of the supply of the HIP. Inaccurate or misleading information or data will be corrected as soon as possible. The provision of a Home Information Pack by us specifically requires disclosure of personal details to third parties being: . Personal Search Agent for the purposes or obtaining Local Authority enquiries and Drainage enquiries. Landlords/managing agents if the property is Leasehold/Commonhold. Once the HIP is produced and the subject property is on the market for sale third parties will have access to the contents of the HIP. The information we collect is used only for the preparation of the HIP. We will not disclose any of personally identifiable information except when we have your permission to do so or when required by law. By ordering a HIP you expressly consent to us disclosing such information as is necessary to the third parties referred to above in relation to the obtaining of information/documentation for the preparation of a HIP. Remember that as part of the selling process third parties will have access to the HIP and its contents. The information you provide to us will be held on our computers and may be accessed by or given to our staff and third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy.
